    If you are unhappy with a purchase from www.NIDALUhandmade.com we will gladly accept it for return or exchange, but the item must be postmarked within ten (10) days of the original shipping date. Any discounted or sale merchandise are final sale items and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Please enclose a note with your name and phone number explaining the reason for the return or exchange. You must include the original receipt from your package for all returns/exchanges, and the items must not have been worn, altered, or washed, with tags still attached. We will credit the card on which the purchase was made.

We also aim to dispatch all orders within three (3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items.     Shipping

     Most orders will be dispatched within TWO,three (2,3) working days subject to credit clearance, address verification and availability of items. We will contact you if there is a delay or items are out of stock.

    Orders received on weekend days (Saturday ) will not begin processing until the following business week. No orders will ship out on Saturday or Sunday.
